Client brief: to re-roof this historic building while still retaining its original features, remove the original asbestos roof sheeting, erect full scaffold and install new roof sheets, gutters and downpipes. This roof required a lot of fine detailing work, including dormers and apron flashings to upper roof, bell tower and top bay roof area.

We used four teams of roofers simultaneously to meet this project’s extremely tight deadline.
