Another school roofing project, Stonefields School is yet another impressive roofline Topline has had the pleasure of working on. The growth of this Auckland school has meant Topline has worked closely with the architects specifications to provide the a warm roof system for the new school building.
Stonefields School was built in 2011 and has been expanding since. Topline Roofing won the tender to supply and install roofing to stages 3 and 4. The Topline Roofing team worked meticulously off architectural plans to install a ZinaCore Rooflogic MSR Warm Roof System on the new buildings.
Benefits of a Warm Roof System
Warm roof systems are a fantastic option for schools, and just about any commercial building, as they maintain a warm, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Poor ventilation can lead to condensation, cold, damp, and mould but warm roofs combat these undesirable conditions and offer superior insulation and noise reduction. It is easy to see why installing the Rooflogic Warm Roof System was the logical choice on this project.
Topline’s Project Manager, Jeffrey Martin, was on hand to oversee the project from start to finish. Jeffrey has an impressive 35 years in the industry and aside from his roofing experience, is a qualified builder as well. Topline ensures every commercial project is personally supervised by a dedicated Project Manager.
“We worked closely with the project team at Watts and Hughes and the job went extremely well. The project was completed within the specified time frame, there was good rapport on site, and the team did great quality work”
