Our Resident Roof WOF involves a 25 point visual check by our one of our expert roofers.
Checks involve overall condition and analysis of your roof including:

- Sheeting
- Roofing Accessories
- Fixings
- Skylights
- Flashings
- Downpipes
- Guttering
After we’ve assessed and inspected your roof our report will leave you with an accurate idea of what condition your roof is really in by identifying any faults or problems such as leaks, rust or debris that may need addressing.
Excellent for if you are thinking about selling, or just want to know what repairs are required to maintain the integrity of your roof. It can also help you make a call about if it’s time for a re-roof.
Like any warrant of fitness, it pays to spend a little money upfront on checks and maintenance to prevent a costly catastrophe in the future.

Based on standard size residential home, up to 4 bedrooms within 10km of the Auckland CBD.
Houses not within the 10km area, or exceeding the standard size house require a customised quote.
Any maintenance or issues identified in the WOF check, you wish us to repair, will be quoted on separately.
