COVID-19 PROTECTION FRAMEWORK

As of Thursday 14th April 2022, New Zealand’s Traffic Light Settings changed to ORANGE. However, any changes to the settings do not affect our general office operations and our commitment to the health and safety of both our customers and our team remain paramount.

PROTOCOLS AS OF 14TH APRIL 2022

As all Topline staff are double vaccinated at a minimum, we are continuing as normal with roofing, plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying services for residential and commercial customers. Our robust hygiene protocols are unchanged and we are still able to contact trace our team through scheduling and GPS.

Visitors are welcome back to Topline premises. However, we do request that any visitors inside the building are double vaccinated, as we work closely with both the Aged Care and Healthcare sectors. We are happy to accommodate unvaccinated visitors in our covered outdoor area. All visitors to Topline are required to wear a mask as per Government guidelines.

Topline will continue to follow advice from Government, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, CHASNZ, and WorkSafe New Zealand at all levels of the Traffic Light System.

MINIMISING RISKS AT ALL LEVELS

Topline will maintain the strict hygiene protocols which have been in place since the start of the pandemic. These include:

  • Physical distancing of 1m with anyone outside our work bubble
  • Robust contact tracing systems: scheduling / GPS / scanning in
  • Ongoing risk assessments and updates to reduce workplace risks
  • Strict hygiene practices in line with NZ COVID-19 Construction Industry Protocols (CHASNZ / Site Safe)

Please be aware that you’ll be asked a few mandatory questions at the time of booking and again before our staff arrive for the job. These include:

  1. Are you or anyone in your household currently feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms?
  2. Are you or anyone in your household currently in isolation?

Please note, tradespeople are not permitted to enter a residential property where household members are currently isolating.

In light of new variants emerging, Topline will continue to keep in line with best practice guidelines from the Ministry of Health and Government as a minimum standard.
